[Sources: Russian Urals Crude Premium Surges in India Due to Supply Constraints] Three sources said that due to reduced crude oil supply from Gulf oil-producing countries caused by the conflict in Iran, resulting in refinery shortages, the premium of Russian Urals crude oil arriving at Indian ports relative to Brent crude has jumped to $8 per barrel, the highest level since May. The sources pointed out that currently, Russian Urals crude oil shipped to India is trading at a premium of approximately $8 per barrel based on the delivery price, while in August the premium was only about $1 per barrel.
