On September 15, ENN Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ENN Energy") and Trafigura Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Trafigura Group") officially signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation. According to the memorandum, the two parties will explore cooperation opportunities on a non-exclusive basis in the trading of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and related facility services.
