[Ministry of Finance Plans to Issue 2026 Book-Entry Treasury Bonds (Issue 16)] This reissue of treasury bonds is a 10-year fixed-rate interest-bearing bond. The total face value of this reissue is 90 billion yuan, subject to competitive bidding by Class A members. The coupon rate of this issue will be determined through competitive bidding. The coupon rate of this reissue is the same as that of previously issued treasury bonds of the same maturity, at 1.66%. The interest accrual date and redemption arrangements are the same as those of previously issued treasury bonds of the same maturity. Interest will accrue from August 15, 2026, with semi-annual interest payments on February 15th (postponed if a holiday falls on that date) and August 15th each year. Principal will be repaid and the final interest payment will be made on August 15, 2036.
