The plan proposes that by 2030, the construction of a culturally strong nation and a tourism powerhouse will be further advanced, cultural undertakings, cultural industries, and tourism will continue to prosper, culture and tourism will be deeply integrated and mutually reinforcing, the empowering role of culture and the driving role of tourism will be fully demonstrated, the people's spiritual and cultural life will be richer, the influence of Chinese culture will be significantly enhanced, and the country's soft power will continue to improve. The plan comprehensively deploys eight key tasks: promoting artistic creation and production, strengthening the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage, improving public services in culture and tourism, vigorously developing the culture and tourism industry, coordinating the cultivation and supervision of the culture and tourism market, promoting the empowerment of culture and tourism development by science and technology, advancing cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation, and promoting the coordinated development of culture and tourism in urban and rural areas. Based on thorough research, 54 key engineering projects have been designed to ensure practicality and feasibility, strengthening the support for the implementation of the plan.
