The Ministry of Finance plans to issue the 2026 Book-Entry Discount Treasury Bonds (Issue 61) on September 23. This issue of treasury bonds is a 182-day discount bond, with a total face value of 60 billion yuan to be tendered through competitive bidding. Additional bids from Class A members will be accepted, and the issuance price will be determined through competitive bidding, issued at a discount to the face value. Distribution of this issue of treasury bonds will take place from the end of the bidding until September 24, 2026, and trading will commence on September 29.
