[Shandong Gold: Plans to Publicly Issue Corporate Bonds Not Exceeding RMB 10 Billion] Shandong Gold announced that its board of directors has approved a proposal to issue corporate bonds, intending to publicly issue no more than RMB 10 billion (inclusive) of general corporate bonds to professional investors. After registration with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the bonds will be issued in tranches. The bond types include, but are not limited to, general corporate bonds, short-term corporate bonds, and perpetual corporate bonds, with a term not exceeding 15 years (inclusive). The use of proceeds and related arrangements will be implemented in accordance with regulations.
