The plan proposes to accelerate the deployment of cutting-edge technologies and products. It emphasizes strengthening interdisciplinary integration and the supply of cutting-edge technologies, supporting joint research efforts among pharmaceutical companies, universities, research institutes, and medical institutions. The plan calls for accelerating the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, supercomputing, and computational medicine in drug development, exploring new models of pharmaceutical and medical device production such as ultra-restricted manufacturing, space pharmaceuticals, and biomanufacturing, deepening the application of cutting-edge technologies such as gene editing, molecular precision delivery, cell programming and regulation, advanced omics, and next-generation brain-computer interfaces, and achieving breakthroughs in key technologies such as artificial life system synthesis, organoids and organ-on-a-chip, universal cell therapy, complex regenerative organs, integrated radiopharmaceuticals, and xenotransplantation organs, cultivating several new growth points.
