[Hainan: Deepening Institutional and Mechanism Reforms to Promote Industrial Structure Transformation and Upgrading and Accelerate High-Quality Development of Key Industrial Parks] On September 18, the Hainan Provincial Key Industrial Park Development and Construction On-Site Meeting and the Third Working Exchange Meeting of Principal Leaders of Municipalities, Counties, and Provincial Departments in 2026 were held in the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City High-tech Zone. Participants observed advanced practices to identify gaps, learned from each other to address shortcomings, and jointly planned to promote the transformation and development of key industrial parks.
