At the same time, the reform of the system and mechanism of public cultural services will achieve remarkable results, the mechanism for directly delivering high-quality cultural resources to the grassroots level will be basically established, the mechanism for social forces to participate in public cultural construction will be more sound, and the innovation and creativity in the field of public culture will be significantly stimulated.
