The Ministry of Culture and Tourism officially released the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of the Public Cultural Service System." This plan, serving as a guiding document for the high-quality development of my country's public cultural service sector over the next five years, will focus on several key areas, including improving the quality and efficiency of public cultural service supply, enhancing equal accessibility, expanding digital services, and building brands for mass cultural activities.
