[Moscow Refinery Halts Production After Drone Attack] Russian industrial sources say a major Moscow refinery has suspended crude oil processing after a Ukrainian drone attack on September 20, due to a fire in a main crude oil distillation unit. The mayor of Moscow stated on Sunday that an industrial facility was damaged during the drone attack on the Russian capital. Three industry sources said on Monday that two main crude oil distillation units at the refinery caught fire after the drone crashed, and repairs and resumption of production could take several weeks. Of the refinery's two core processing facilities, the AVT-6 crude oil distillation unit has a daily capacity of 21,400 tons, accounting for 53% of the refinery's total capacity; the EURO+ integrated crude oil processing facility has a daily capacity of 18,800 tons, accounting for the remaining 47%.
