Market news: With shipments from the Black Sea region stalled, Russian companies are converting fertilizer and coal terminals (including the Ultramar terminal) in Baltic and Arctic ports into grain export hubs. According to industry sources, grain transport requests to the Baltic Ultramar terminal by rail reached approximately 260,000 tons in September. Russian Railways received the first shipment of grain from southern Russia to the port of Murmansk, with exports planned for October.
