This year's summer grain output reached 301.49 billion jin (150.85 million tons), exceeding 300 billion jin (150 million tons) for the first time, setting a new historical record. Early rice output reached 56.58 billion jin (23.85 million tons), remaining stable above 56 billion jin (23 million tons) for six consecutive years.
