Blackstone has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) for a new data center acquisition vehicle that intends to acquire completed, leased assets that will benefit from the artificial intelligence boom. According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, the new investment vehicle, named Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust Inc., will primarily invest in new data centers, with individual projects valued between $250 million and $1.5 billion, already leased to investment-grade hyperscale cloud service providers. The filing indicates that these assets are expected to yield annualized returns of 5.75% to 7% or even higher, with rental income automatically increasing by 2% to 3% annually. This move reflects two key ambitions of the alternative asset management firm, which manages $1.3 trillion in assets: first, to become the world's largest investor in artificial intelligence infrastructure; and second, to expand its investor base from pension funds and endowments to individual investors.

In less than a year, they have twice attacked us midway through negotiations and committed numerous war crimes." Ghalibaf also pointed out that in the upcoming negotiations, if the US is willing to reach a practical agreement and grant the Iranian people their due rights, then the US will see Iran's sincerity in reaching an agreement.
