[National Energy Administration and Hong Kong's Environment and Ecology Bureau Sign Cooperation Agreement to Promote Interconnectivity of Charging Facilities in the Greater Bay Area] According to the National Energy Administration, on October 24, 2025, Song Hongkun, Vice Minister of the National Energy Administration, and Xie Zhanhuan, Secretary for the Environment and Ecology of Hong Kong, jointly signed the "Cooperation Arrangement on Promoting Interconnectivity of Charging Facilities in the Greater Bay Area" in Suzhou. The agreement clarifies that both parties will cooperate to promote the interconnectivity of charging facilities, strengthen exchanges on charging facility technologies and standards, and promote the pilot implementation of the next-generation charging technology ChaoJi in Hong Kong.
