According to sources, Airbus is expected to announce a significant share of aircraft procurement at the Dubai Airshow, nearing the sale of approximately 100 A321NEO aircraft to FlyDubai, with the possibility of further orders. Meanwhile, Boeing is in talks to place a relatively smaller order with FlyDubai, expected to sell several dozen 737 MAX aircraft. The final outcome of FlyDubai's aircraft order will depend on ongoing negotiations. FlyDubai currently owns or has ordered 175 MAX aircraft and 30 larger Boeing 787 aircraft in its fleet.
