It encourages airports in ice and snow tourism destinations to implement measures to keep passengers warm in frigid weather, prioritize the use of jet bridges for flights with large temperature differences, increase changing areas, and provide rental, sales, and shipping services for cold-weather clothing and supplies. It also supports airlines and airports in optimizing baggage handling systems and facilities, improving ice and snow tourism equipment check-in and retrieval services, and promoting door-to-door value-added ski equipment delivery services.
