[Wang Dongming Meets with Delegation from Singapore's National Trades Union Congress] On December 3, Wang Dongming, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, met in Beijing with a delegation from the Singapore National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) headed by Secretary-General Huang Zhiming.
