[Asian Premium Reappears, Iraqi Official Prices Reveal Regional Trends in the Global Oil Market] ⑴ The Iraqi National Oil Marketing Organization announced the official selling price of Basra medium crude oil for January 2026, adopting a differentiated pricing strategy for different regions. ⑵ Crude oil sold to Asia is priced at a premium of US$1.05 per barrel to the average Oman/Dubai price. ⑶ Crude oil sold to Europe is priced at a premium of US$3.55 per barrel to the spot Brent crude price. ⑷ Crude oil sold to North and South America is priced at a premium of US$1.15 per barrel to the ASCI benchmark price.
