[US May Delay Order of Tomahawk Missiles from Japan] Bloomberg, citing sources familiar with the matter, reported that Japan's order for approximately 400 Tomahawk cruise missiles from the US may be delayed due to the ongoing conflict with Iran depleting US weapons stockpiles. Bloomberg also cited sources indicating that the US military had approximately 4,000 Tomahawk cruise missiles of various models in stockpile before the military action against Iran. Raytheon is scheduled to produce approximately 100 new Tomahawk missiles by 2025, while also upgrading approximately 240 older Tomahawk missiles to the latest standard. Sources estimate that the number of missiles the US military has consumed in this conflict so far is equivalent to more than two years of Raytheon's production. (CCTV International News)
