Russia on Saturday strongly condemned the “heinous” attack by the United States and Israel on Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant, where Russian personnel are stationed, and demanded an immediate halt to attacks on nuclear facilities. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated, “We strongly condemn this heinous act that has resulted in casualties.” She added, “Attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, including the Bushehr plant, must cease immediately.”
