[Iranian Media Releases Images of Downed US Aircraft] Iran's Tasnim News Agency released photos of the downed US aircraft involved in the rescue operation on social media platforms today (April 5). Iranian state television also released a video of the downed aircraft on its social media account that same day. A spokesperson for the Hatem Anbia Central Command of the Iranian Armed Forces stated on April 5 that, in a "timely and coordinated" joint operation by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the Iranian army, the Basij militia, and law enforcement forces, enemy aircraft that had intruded into the southern region of Isfahan, including two Black Hawk helicopters and a C-130 military transport plane, were hit.
