[Iran Defines Safe Navigation Routes Through the Strait of Hormuz] Iran's Ports and Maritime Organization announced on Wednesday that it has defined safe navigation routes through the Strait of Hormuz. Ships can only use these routes after communicating and coordinating with the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The organization stated that the safe inbound route is from the Sea of Oman to the waters north of Larak Island, while the safe outbound route is from the Gulf through the waters south of Larak Island to the Sea of Oman.
