According to reports, Iran has informed the mediators that it will limit the number of ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz to around ten per day and will charge a passage fee for these vessels. Arab mediators stated that passing ships need to coordinate with the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. S&P Global Market Intelligence data shows that only four ships were allowed to pass through the strait on Wednesday, the lowest number since April.
