(2) The Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation stated that the price reduction applies to all major airports under the jurisdiction of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority, while the Airports Authority has been instructed to implement a similar 25% reduction at non-major airports. (3) During this period, airline costs are expected to decrease by approximately 4 billion rupees (US$43.2 million).
