Moghaddam had previously posted that despite repeated Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement, the Iranian delegation would arrive in Islamabad that evening at the invitation of Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz for serious talks on the 10 ceasefire terms proposed by Iran.
