This market was destroyed by fire during the attacks. Several landmark buildings were also damaged, including the Chernobyl Museum, which suffered severe damage, the National Art Museum, and a building that once housed the German news agency ARD. Zelensky revealed that he had previously spoken with the French president and the Norwegian prime minister and would continue to maintain contact with international allies throughout the day.
