【TrendForce: Q1 NAND Flash Revenue Surges 83.7%, Supply-Demand Imbalance Continues in Q2】 (1) In the first quarter of 2026, global CSPs drove exponential growth in Enterprise SSD demand to meet the high-speed transmission and large-capacity requirements of AI servers; at the same time, structural shortages of traditional HDDs prompted a large number of orders to shift to QLC Enterprise SSDs. (2) With explosive demand and limited supply, the average selling price (ASP) of NAND Flash manufacturers generally exceeded expectations, driving the combined revenue of the top five brands to increase by 83.7% quarter-on-quarter, exceeding US$38.9 billion. (3) Looking ahead to the second quarter, the supply-demand imbalance will remain unchanged. Although demand for mobile phones and PCs is affected by rising memory prices, server orders will fill the gap; manufacturers expect shipments to continue to grow in Q2, and the bargaining mechanism will continue to support ASP performance.
