With the approval of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, relying on the electronic business license system, pioneered this pilot program nationwide. By breaking down data barriers between regulatory departments, platforms, and merchants, it has built a credible verification mechanism for "real people, real licenses, and real stores."
