Liu Bin, Deputy Director of the China Automotive Strategy and Policy Research Center, stated that the roadmap aims to further clarify "how to use, who will use, how much to use, and how to promote" recycled materials in the automotive industry, fostering unified consensus on goals, technical requirements, and application paths.
