[Ukrainian Parliament Approves Bill to Receive €90 Billion EU Loan] According to the Ukrainian National News Agency on the 28th, the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada (parliament) approved a bill that day to receive a €90 billion loan from the European Union. Ukrainian Finance Minister Marchenko said the bill provides a legal framework for receiving the €90 billion loan. Regarding the allocation of funds, €60 billion will be used to enhance the potential of Ukraine's defense industry, and another €30 billion will be used to support the fiscal budget. Marchenko also stated that Ukraine will only repay the loan if Russia pays war reparations, and the principal and interest will be deducted from the Russian reparations. (CCTV News)
