They have exacerbated violence by establishing or supporting settlement outposts, promoting the dismantling of Palestinian assets, organizing armed volunteers, and providing material support, leading to the forced relocation of Palestinian communities and property damage. (3) On the same day, another statement from the European Council decided to expand the scope of restrictive measures against Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, adding 10 members of the Hamas Political Bureau to the sanctions list.
