[Portugal completes approximately 60% of its 2026 bond issuance plan, with new 20-year bonds attracting over €56.5 billion in subscriptions] (1) The Portuguese debt agency said it has completed approximately 60% of its €24 billion 2026 government bond issuance plan through a syndicated transaction on Thursday. (2) The agency sold €3 billion of newly issued bonds maturing in June 2046, with a coupon rate of 3.875% and a pricing of 99.477, corresponding to a yield of 3.913%. This is Portugal's second syndicated transaction this year, the first being the issuance of €4 billion of new 10-year bonds maturing in June 2036 in January. (3) The final subscription amount for the new 20-year bonds exceeded €56.5 billion.
