The closure directly blocks the export capacity of these two major suppliers. ⑶ Following the signing of the interim peace agreement between the US and Iran, LNG transport saw a phased recovery in June, with 40 LNG ships passing through the strait that month, a significant increase from 8 in May and 4 in April.
