The November shipping schedule includes 27 shipments, totaling approximately 25.5 million barrels. This represents a decline from the revised 900,000 barrels per day in October. One shipment of Girassol crude oil, originally scheduled for delivery in late October, has been postponed to early November. The final shipping schedule is expected to be announced later this month. Angola's crude oil production has been declining since its peak in 2008. Most of its major oil fields are in the late stages of development, with high natural decline rates. Coupled with insufficient upstream investment, this has led to structural downward pressure on production capacity. By 2025, Angola is projected to export 357 million barrels of crude oil, generating $22.4 billion in oil revenue. Oil exports account for over 90% of the country's total exports and are a core pillar of its national economy.
