[Autumn Harvest in Heilongjiang Province Basically Completed] According to the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on the 30th, as of now, 230 million mu (approximately 15.3 million hectares) of crops have been harvested across the province, accounting for 99.7% of the planned harvest area. Except for a small number of low-lying corn fields and areas where grains were frozen, all other types of crops have been harvested. Since the start of the autumn harvest, various localities and agricultural departments in Heilongjiang Province have made early arrangements and implemented responsibilities, overcoming the adverse effects of localized rain and snow, and making every effort to steadily advance the autumn harvest. To improve harvesting standards and enhance agricultural machinery support, Heilongjiang Province has implemented the "superior machinery, superior subsidy" policy, including high-end intelligent agricultural machinery such as power shift tractors with over 200 horsepower and corn grain harvesters in the subsidy scope. More than 9,000 new harvesting machines have been purchased across the province, bringing the total number of harvesters to approximately 220,000, effectively improving harvesting quality and efficiency. Heilongjiang Province has adhered to the integrated promotion of autumn harvesting, autumn land preparation, and comprehensive utilization of straw.
