[Ministry of Ecology and Environment Releases National Air Quality Forecast Consultation Results for the First Half of November] On October 31, 2026, the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre, in conjunction with the National Meteorological Centre, the Joint Research Center for Air Pollution Control, the Northeast, South China, Southwest, Northwest, and Yangtze River Delta Regional Air Quality Forecasting and Forecasting Centres, and the Beijing Municipal Ecological and Environmental Monitoring Centre, conducted a national air quality forecast consultation for the first half of November (November 1-15). During the first half of November, diffusion conditions will be relatively good in most parts of the country, with air quality mainly at the good level. Locally, light pollution is possible, and moderate pollution is possible in the central and southern parts of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
