[SK Hynix Holds First Partner Conference in Japan to Deepen Cooperation in Advanced Memory Chips and Supply Chain] (1) With the surge in demand for memory chips driven by artificial intelligence, SK Hynix held its first partner conference in Japan, bringing together more than 20 Japanese semiconductor suppliers to deepen cooperation in advanced chip technology and supply chain stability. (2) The conference was held in Chiba Prefecture, Japan on Thursday local time. Participating Japanese companies included major semiconductor material manufacturers such as Shin-Etsu Chemical, SUMCO, JSR, and Namax, equipment manufacturers such as Tokyo Electron and Screen Holdings, and leading chip processing and testing companies such as Disco and Advantest. (3) SK Hynix previously held supplier exchange meetings in South Korea every year. This was the first time it had been held in Japan, highlighting the increasing importance of Japanese partners in expanding its advanced memory production capacity.
