[National Standards Released for Intelligent Steel Manufacturing Provide Guidelines for Smart System Construction] The State Administration for Market Regulation has released three national standards: "Design Requirements for Intelligent Steel Scrap Factory," "Technical Requirements for Digital Twin System of Intelligent Steel Factory," and "Technical Requirements for Multi-Base Manufacturing Resource Collaborative Management System of Steel Industry." These standards address key aspects such as scrap steel factories, digital twins, and multi-base collaboration, supporting the construction of an advanced steel manufacturing technology requirements system. These three national standards provide clear solutions to problems in the steel industry, including long processes, numerous procedures, complex interfaces, and long-standing issues such as inconsistent design standards, redundant system development, data interoperability difficulties, and challenges in coordinating cross-base resources. They uniformly adopt a layered and decoupled architecture design, clearly defining the corresponding functional positioning and technical boundaries at each layer, thus providing a clear framework for the construction of intelligent systems.
