[Ministry of Finance Plans to Issue 2026 Book-Entry Discount Treasury Bonds (70th Issue)] This issue of treasury bonds is a 28-day discount bond. The total face value of the treasury bonds will be auctioned competitively, with additional bids from Class A members allowed. Interest will accrue on this issue of treasury bonds from November 4, 2026, and repayment will be made at face value on December 2, 2026 (postponed if a holiday falls on that date).
