[World Gold Council: Global Physical Gold ETFs Return to Net Inflows in Q3] The World Gold Council's Q3 2026 "Global Gold Demand Trends" report, released on November 3, shows that global physical gold ETFs returned to net inflows in Q3, a stark contrast to the outflows in Q2. Total net inflows in Q3 reached 211 tons, only 6% lower than the strong inflows in Q3 2025, pushing total gold ETF holdings to a record high of 4,256 tons. Over-the-counter and other gold demand totaled 143 tons, higher than the 101 tons in the same period last year, but lower than the high levels seen earlier this year.
