[Successful Launch of "Qianfan Constellation" Satellites] On November 3, 2026, my country successfully launched 18 "Qianfan Constellation" networking satellites from Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. into their predetermined orbits using the Lijian-2 Y2 carrier rocket from the Dongfeng Commercial Aerospace Innovation Test Zone. The launch mission was a complete success. The "Qianfan Constellation" is a low-Earth orbit satellite internet constellation independently developed, constructed, and commercially operated by Yuanxin Satellite. It uses Ku and Q/V frequency bands and primarily provides broadband communication and internet access services. Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology guided the domestic frequency coordination of the relevant satellites and issued a batch of space radio station licenses and radio frequency usage licenses, providing strong support for the smooth implementation of the "Qianfan Constellation" project.
