[Scaramucci Says Trump Will Suffer Setback in Midterm Elections] ⑴ Former White House Communications Director and SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci said in a CNBC interview on Tuesday that US President Trump will suffer a "crushing defeat" in the midterm elections, and he himself is aware of this. ⑵ Scaramucci stated that the midterm elections are an opportunity for voters to cast their ballots and for satisfaction surveys to be conducted on the president, and that the public is currently dissatisfied. ⑶ He cited Trump's promises to make the cost of living affordable, to end endless wars, and to release the Epstein files, but these promises have not been fulfilled. ⑷ He indicated that many within the MAGA camp are therefore distancing themselves from him. ⑸ Scaramucci served as White House Communications Director in 2017 during Trump's first term, but only for 10 days.
