[Nordic Bank: ECB to Gradually Tighten Policy, Two More Rate Hikes Expected] ⑴ Nordea Bank's report indicates that Eurozone overall inflation rose to 4.0% in October, mainly driven by a rebound in energy and food prices. ⑵ Core inflation remained at 2.5%, with the secondary effect so far being moderate. ⑶ Nordea Bank expects the ECB to raise interest rates twice more, noting downside risks from tightening financing conditions and weakening economic activity, but still believes there are ample reasons for a gradual tightening of policy.
