According to the China Coal Industry Association, in the first nine months of this year, the national output of raw coal from enterprises above designated size reached 3.45 billion tons, and coal mine resumption of production has accelerated since October. As of the end of October, the national coal reserves of power plants under unified dispatch reached 210 million tons, enough for 35 days, laying a solid foundation for ensuring supply during the peak winter season.
