The Ministry of Finance announced that, in order to further enrich instant lottery game products and promote the sustained and healthy development of the lottery industry, it has approved the China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center to issue and sell 18 instant welfare lottery games, including "Bingwu Horse 5 Yuan". The 18 instant welfare lottery games, including "Bingwu Horse 5 Yuan", will have 65% allocated to lottery prizes, 15% to lottery issuance fees, and 20% to lottery public welfare funds based on their total sales.
