[Kazakhstan's Unemployment Rate Remains Stable at 4.6% in Q4 2025] ⑴ Kazakhstan's unemployment rate remained stable at 4.6% in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking the fifth consecutive quarter of stability. ⑵ The number of unemployed decreased by 2,500 year-on-year to 445,700. ⑶ Total employment increased by 81,900 year-on-year to 9.28 million. ⑷ The number of employed persons increased by 94,300. ⑸ The number of self-employed persons decreased by 12,400. ⑹ The total labor force was 9.72 million. ⑺ The employment rate was 64.6% of the population aged 15 and over, equivalent to 95.4% of the total labor force. ⑻ The youth unemployment rate (15-34 years old) was 3.1%, slightly higher than the previous quarter's 3.0%. ⑼ By sector, the largest employment sectors were trade (17%), education (13.2%), industry (12.5%), and agriculture (10.3%).
