[my country's Largest Single-Unit Wind Farm in Southwest China Officially Commences Operation] Today (the 13th), the 10 MW wind turbine of the China Datang Lianxing Wind Farm, the largest single-unit wind power project in Southwest my country, successfully connected to the grid. This milestone marks a new breakthrough in the application of large-capacity wind turbines in mountainous terrain. Located in Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, the project comprises 71 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 149 MW. The 10 MW turbine has a hub height of 121 meters, a rotor diameter of 222 meters, and a maximum swept area of approximately six standard football fields, making it the largest single-unit wind turbine in Southwest China.
