The General Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government recently issued "Several Policy Measures on Cultivating and Strengthening Business Entities," proposing to focus on accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system with Guizhou characteristics, strengthening efforts to promote industry, projects, investment attraction, and business entities, promoting the improvement of the quality, expansion of the number, and unleashing the vitality of business entities, consolidating the foundation of the real economy, and by 2030, the total number of business entities in the province will steadily increase, the structure will be continuously optimized, and the quality will be significantly improved, with enterprises accounting for about 30% of the total number of business entities, and the total number of "above-scale" enterprises reaching about 25,000.
