The General Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government recently issued "Several Policy Measures on Cultivating and Strengthening Business Entities," proposing to promote provincial state-owned enterprises to focus on their core businesses and optimize their layout, guiding high-quality resources of provincial state-owned enterprises to concentrate on key areas such as "six major industrial clusters," "three characteristic industries," new quality productivity, and major infrastructure to consolidate and enhance their leading position in the industry. This includes cultivating Fortune Global 500 companies in the liquor industry, promoting the creation of billion-yuan-level enterprise groups in the energy, chemical, financial, and transportation industries, continuously expanding and strengthening billion-yuan-level enterprise groups in the tourism, logistics, mining, big data, and water conservancy industries, and promoting the professional integration and integrated operation of enterprises in the civil aviation, railway, and shipping industries. The goal is to strive to form a fleet of provincial backbone enterprises by 2030, including one Fortune Global 500 company, five billion-yuan-level enterprises, one 50 billion-yuan-level enterprise, and seven billion-yuan-level enterprises.
